Eligibility for Services

All services at Beauty & Bella Body Bar are intended for clients 18 years of age or older. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Our services are non-invasive and non-medical and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Availability is limited, and appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate. Beauty and Bella LLC reserves the right to refuse service if information provided is false or incomplete.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of any prepaid session.

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled clients.

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

Payments & Packages

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

  • Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable.

  • Packages may have expiration dates, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary. Beauty & Bella Body Bar does not guarantee specific outcomes, measurements, or timelines. Results depend on multiple factors including consistency, lifestyle, and individual body response.

Health & Safety Acknowledgment

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information, sensitivities, or conditions prior to treatment. Beauty and Bella LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a treatment is deemed unsuitable.

Clients acknowledge that non-invasive body sculpting services carry inherent risks, and by proceeding, they accept responsibility for their participation.

Late Arrival Policy

Appointments are scheduled back-to-back. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Early arrivals may be asked to wait.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without adjustment to pricing.

Client Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful, professional, and welcoming environment. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service without refund.
