Booking Appointments
How to Book:
Appointments can be made through any of the following:
Online booking system (24/7 access)

We recommend booking at least 5-7 days in advance, especially for weekends or peak hours. We are an appointment only spa.
Reservation Policy:
A valid contact number is required to confirm your appointment.
For all services, we require a $49 deposit to secure your booking. This will be applied to your final bill..
Arrival and Late Policy
Reminder:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Our appointments are scheduled back to back, and we are unable to accommodate early arrivals.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. We allow a 15-minute grace period; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to remain on schedule for other guests.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens. However, we ask for your cooperation to respect our specialist time.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will result in a $49 fee or forfeiture of deposit.
There are NO REFUNDS for any services. No exceptions.
No-Show Policy:
Guests who miss an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service fee or have the session deducted from their membership/credit package.
Spa Etiquette
Only guests receiving treatments may remain in the treatment area.
We maintain a strict professional code of conduct. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and permanent banning from the spa.
Payment & Gratuity
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, after pay, financing, and scan-to-pay options.
Gratuities for your specialist are appreciated but not required. Typical tipping ranges from 10% to 20%.
Membership and Packages
Unused sessions roll over for up to 6 months (unless stated otherwise).
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable but may be paused in special circumstances with management approval.
